9 Simple and Effortless Ways to Maintain Health

There were many ways and information to know in order to stay healthy. Like all of us know we must avoid eating processed foods, oily and fatty foods, and drink too much alcohol. I had learned that instead of giving focus on foods to avoid, why don’t we just improve our health in more simple way with very little efforts?


  1. Put more green vegetables together on what you eat. Whether they are fatty or a processed food when you combine it with more green leafs it is healthy. Just make sure that you limit your amount of the bad foods than the leafy one.

  1. Drink lots of water. Drink one to two glasses of water before eating to help your digestion and to feel fuller. It will help you to eat less and it will increase your metabolism. Water is a miracle drink among any kind of drinks in the world. It has a very powerful part in our health. There were different kinds of water.

1.       Tap Water
2.       Cold Water
3.       Mineral Bottled Water
4.       Alkaline Water
5.       Kan-gen Water
6.       Distilled Water



  1. Always eat any kind of fruits after or before eating. It will help you by cleansing you digestive system. Fruits have lots of vitamins and minerals that will help boost our energy and immune system. They have lot of significance in our entire body.



  1. When you want some dessert after eating, always choose the more healthy options. For example, if you like chocolate, make sure it was a dark chocolate. It was less in sugar and more healthy than the regular one or you can eat fruits like banana.

  

  1. Always sit down when eating. Many had mistakenly thought that they can easily digest the food they eat when standing. But the idea itself was all wrong. Our body require a rest and peacefulness when digesting the food we eat. You will benefit more if you will eat your food in slow down rather than fast eating.





  1. After eating make a rest of at least ten to fifteen minutes then walk slowly. This will help in more fast digesting of the food you eat.


  1. Drink tea or milk. You can drink any kind of tea on which taste you prefer. This will help your body calm and relax. Many research had prove that drinking tea has many benefits in our health.




  1. Have enough sleep. You must sleep at least seven to eight hours a day so your body have a complete rest and maintain a healthy figure.





 



  1. Exercise at least ten to fifteen minutes everyday. You don’t need to went gym to exercise. Simple walking in the morning can help your blood circulation process well. It can help a lot to your healthy lifestyle.
